  I know this company does good work! however I was not treated very well as a contractor. I called and spoke to Toni and we had a great conversation. I was excited about having a new plumber doing some work for me. She talked a good game and I was sold. The owner came out and looked at the job and gave me a quote. I had another job for them to look at as well. I sent the plans for the second job. Then I was informed that all they do is repair plumbing. When I asked about if they were going to do the other job that they bid for me, she said she would get back to me and then never called me back. I had to hire another plumbing company to do the job and they charged double what I had figured for the job and that came right out of my pocket. If that is how you are going to do business then say so up front.
  Don't come to my job and give me a bid and then back out when I get the job.
  As a plumbing repair company they are top notch and I highly recommend!

  Highly recommend them they came out same day and did great work. Very reasonably priced as well.

  They were the best friendly,clean, an they had the best price for hot water heater. I will call them again for all my plumbing needs

  Great plumbing service. Very responsive (came within 1.5 hours of calling) and prices are inline with other plumbers in area. I have used them twice now and won't call another plumber.

  I was very impressed. I requested quotes from 15-20 local area plumbers. Only five replied including Northwest Plumbing and Air Conditioning. It was a small job and understandable that so few replied. We only wanted to install two new faucets and two soap dispensers. Eric the owner came by within 2 hours of my call and gave a quote to do the job. His cost was considerably less than the other few who did come by or reply and the quote was free. When I was ready to do the job a week later, he was able to come by quickly and complete the job to our total satisfaction. You would be crazy to go with some other plumber!
