  We had a great experience with Modern Media. Todd designed a state-of-the-art home theater for us within our budget and thoroughly answered all our questions. Nick then led the installation. They were very punctual, professional and paid attention to every detail. We are completely satisfied with our new home theater and will continue to use Modern Media for all our future AV needs. Highly recommended.

  I was looking to update my 15 year theater room and after several no show appointments and no Call back meetings, I came upon Todd and his modern Media Team. At our initial meeting I had an excellent feeling about Todd!! He is Cordial, Knowledgable, and Creative.. he evaluated my equipment and asked specific questions on what I wanted to accomplish. First and Foremost.. Todd is Honest and a Businessman with integrity! He didn't try and sell me equipment I didn't need.. He came up with a proposal that integrated much of my current system w updated AV electronics.
  
  Todd's proposal was the most detailed and user friendly quote I've EVER RECEIVED!! The email had hyperlinks that took you to EVERY part he was recommending for the project.. You just clicked and the description was RIGHT THERE!!
  
  The other critical part of the Modern Media Team is Nick and Spencer.. the installers. They were both Punctual... Professional...and Perfectionists!! Nick is a master artist with the way he wire bundled the maze of cables and connections behind the equipment rack and expertly fixed problems left behind by previous installers.
  
  Our Theater room transformation is just incredible! We couldn't be happier.. If I could give Modern Media 6 stars.... I would !!
  
  If you want a team that will do WHAT they say they will do ... WHEN they say they will do it... in a professional and honest way !! Call Todd at modern media.. You'll be glad you did !!

  The team at Modern Media are excellent at their craft. Whether you are like myself, kind of lost with regards to Information Technology and smart homes or you are already smart home smart, I can’t recommend the folks at Modern Media enough. They come in and listen to the customer, then they show you things you may be unaware of and before you know it, your home is smarter than you ever thought possible. What I really liked was that I never felt pressured or upsold. The owner, Todd Forgan, provides that personal touch ensuring you understand everything that is being done and can talk technology at the Doctorate level all the way down to the 3rd grade level ensuring anyone can understand his message. My only regret was going with someone else to install my home theater system. Their customer service was cold and they left me feeling like I was a number and not a name. With Modern Media, you feel like family. For me, I had Modern Media purchase and install TV’s on brick fireplaces, improve my home wi-fi systems, add camera systems surrounding my home, install smart light systems throughout the lower level (which are way cooler than I can describe) and added a smart / camera doorbell and smart lock on my front door. The Modern Media team are very courteous of your home and time and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Modern Media enough if you are considering taking your home to the next level. I just wish more companies responded to customer needs and requests in the same manner as Modern Media. I will be a customer of theirs for a very long time.

  We would highly recommend Todd Forgan and Modern Media. We have been delighted with the results of our new AV system in our house. Todd and his crew were extremely professional and so nice to work with. Todd is extremely knowledgeable and very detail oriented. He took a big project and made it simple to understand. He gave us a very detailed quote and we felt very comfortable with what we were spending our money on. He gave us a timeline and stuck to it. Out of our whole remodel project this has been the easiest and most reliable part. We love our new surround-sound system. We love our new theater and family room sound and image quality. We cannot say enough as to how pleased we are, and we would work with him and his team anytime.
