I only went in to return through Amazon. But the store looked clean & organized. Staff I encountered were nice, helpful & proficient.

They moved the Amazon return counter it's in the back left by the restrooms now it use to be in the middle back. When I went and didn't see it there my heart skipped a best and I was like damnit but then I seen a single sign in the distance that pointed towards the restrooms and there she was in all her glory Amazon's Returns lol been going here for years to return stuff never really shopped but seen like a nice place if your into the type of clothes they sell

I went for an Amazon return. Very nice store but there was no indication as to where the Amazon desk was. I had to walk through two departments and ask an employee for directions.

Once there, the staff made the transaction easy and quick.

When you walk in, start heading for the back of the store.

I came today for Amazon return. It's clean and well organized. Staff are friendly, quick, and helpful. I wish I could buy something in this store, but not for now. Around the holiday season, there is much stuff worth buying.

Love coming to this Kohl's store in the Chino Spectrum mall. They have such a great selection of clothing for both men and women. I have called up departments and spoken with their support numerous times to ask about products availability as well as holding items.

Today I needed a winter jacket and they helped me find a really nice one, as well as one of those beanie caps.

Very friendly support and a good selection of items.
