everyone is so nice to me when I'm there. they are pretty quick with wait times and the tests. they are quick with scheduling too. they actually go through my insurance! other imaging places always would rob me for my "20%" that I owe but they never actually went through my insurance, they'd overcharge. Midtown is the place to go. they actually work with your insurance, so you just get the bill in the mail for whatever you owe. I only pay the specialist fee when I go get my tests done. I highly suggest going here and not some other imaging places.
I want to thank everyone for helping me get my MRI in a timely manner for my upcoming Doctors appointment. Patrick and Skyler were very nice and caring of my situation.

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was outstanding. Super kind and accommodating reception. Practically no wait time. The techs were efficient and thorough. They let me know what to expect during the visit and gave me guidance through the entire procedure. Patrick and Chloe were exceptional! Overall very pleasant experience.
What a great experience! I’ve had many MRI’s over the years. They tend to make me feel anxious and unsettled. Everything was extremely professional and well handled. I was quickly checked in at the front and Rocky did a fantastic job of talking me through it and making me feel calm. He explained everything thoroughly and between each session he gave me opportunities to clear my throat, cough and move a bit. He was kind and courteous and I highly recommend this establishment if you are needing an MRI in the DFW area.
