If I could give more stars I would. Karen and Tim are absolutely the best realtors we have ever worked with. We have owned/sold homes in Houston and Austin TX and are new to New Mexico. Karen helped us secure a nice rental before we moved to the area. We have gone to see so many homes and have asked infinite number of questions about the ABQ and East Mountain areas. They have been so responsive and helpful. The team goes above and beyond in every aspect, including areas that don't really fall under realty questions. I highly recommend Karen and Tim for any realty needs.

My husband and I first moved to the Albuquerque area looking for a rental property as we weren't sure what we were looking for to purchase. While Tim and Karen didn't have to help us they helped us through the rental property and navigating different areas of Albuquerque to ensure we found the perfect place. After loving our rental home for nearly a year, Karen helped us purchase our first home. She helped us understand the home buying process and what could've been incredibly stressful (first time buyers in the East Mountains trying to understand wells, septic systems and other various items) was made smooth and easy with her expertise. Karen really knows the area and she really knows her stuff when it comes to realty. Buying a house is an intimidating process but Karen made it enjoyable and as easy as it could be. My husband and I truly count ourselves as some of the luckiest because we had her to help us through this process. If I could give a million stars I would!!
