Methodist Southlake Hospital

I honestly can’t think of any place where the entire staff was friendly and nice all around, until now.
My dad had surgery, and I’m so glad it was at Methodist Southlake Hospital. Since we went for his surgery screening and testing, everyone was so attentive and friendly. They made the entire process so smooth!
I honestly don’t have enough words to thank everyone for how caring they were. I’m just sad that I’m so horrible at remembering names so that I could name each and every one of them.
He was discharged today, and I had to call the nurse because I had already forgotten one of the instructions! She knew exactly who my dad was and who I was. She was very sweet and told me there was no problem and to please call again if we had any other questions.
Sincerely, I hope I don’t need to be hospitalized, but if I do, I know where I am going.

I've had two surgeries at this hospital and I've always had a good experience. Lori and everyone else here does there best to help in anyway they can.

Recently had a surgical procedure here and I can say that I was amazed out how spotless their facility was, and their staff was very professional. They called several times (Geneva in particular) to make sure I was recovering just fine, and even helped me deal with an allergic reaction I was having to a dye that was used during my procedure. Very warm and friendly feel from the moment you want in to reception, the admission staff were on their game, and overall we had a better experience than expected based off of experiences with other hospital facilities. ~Jim

Lori in the Billing Office is so pleasant and empathetic to work with. She helped me tremendously by answering my questions and helping find workable solution to my billing statement. I’m these difficult physical and emotional times, she was instrumental in uplifting my spirits. Thank you so very much!
