Mark Jameson and his Allstate Agency have been terrific to work with. He has a knowledgeable and responsive staff that have answered all of my questions, no matter how many. They have worked with me to provide the right level of coverage, matched to a competitive premium.

I began using Allstate for Renters and Motorcycle insurance a few years ago, and then added Auto insurance. I eventually added Homeowners, and finally an Umbrella policy last year. As adjustments are needed, Mark's staff promptly explains my options before making requested changes. If needed, Mark is also available to personally discuss with me. They've guided me when a claim is needed, and advise me in order to take full advantage of the Allstate resources available to my family.

We recently had a fire damage our property. This was the first time we had to deal with an issue such as this. Mark Jameson and his staff were very helpful and always available for any questions. Once the claims were started it went quickly. Employees with Allstate have made the recovery process a little easier to deal with.
