First visit was great! Staff & Dr Rich very informative, helpful, very friendly. Dr Rich had reviewed my medical history, sat down & explained things in detail, gave me options to consider, came up with a plan to get started. Look forward to working together for solution to my chronic severe foot & ankle pain.

Update: The office staff have become so helpful, attentive, & like new friends in a few ways! I’ve been through the work up, trial procedure, & last procedure coming up Monday! I can’t wait to be pain free so I can stand & walk again! Dr Rich, all the staff & reps have been a blessing during this journey! Highly recommend.

Dr. Rich is a great doctor and takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and answers any questions you may have. Additionally, from the front desk to the nurses, his staff are amazing and very compassionate. They go out of their way to make certain you’ll be as comfortable as possible before, during and after the procedure.

Very kind, very professional office. Everything was well explained prior to the procedure. My husband is now totally free of pain. So, thank you, thank you!……..But get rid of that awful new patient paperwork 😂
