“I cannot say enough good things about compassion dermatology! Dr. Debuys is incredible and so is all of her staff! They all go above and beyond. Tiffany has really been a blessing to us and has helped us out tremendously today. we were having issues with our insurance and medication and she made it her mission to get it all figured out and also offered for me to come get some samples until the medication was ready. That meant a lot to me! We'll continue to go to compassion dermatology and send all of our family and friends!”

“We had maternity consultation and C section with Dr Allen Katrina. She was amazing, very friendly, I’m honestly confused about the low ratings on here. I’ve been going to this practice last 6 months and have always had good experiences with the providers, nurse (Dora) and front desk staff. They were really great and I would recommend, staffs are very nice, patient, and answered all of my questions. The front desk staff and nursing staff were also very nice of all my visits. I would recommend this office to friends and family. And will continue to see them in the future.”

“This review is only directed towards the initial phone conversations to get my account set up with Allison Hayes, and then an initial client consultation with Allison Moore. Allison Hayes was professional, patient, and responsive to get our initial appointment scheduled. 5 star! The interior decoration was pretty. 5 star! However, our first and only appointment with the therapist Allison Moore was underwhelming. It was a 90 meeting that cost $225. The purpose of the call was to "get to know our child". However, she spent over 50 minutes reading documents that we had previously read and was required to sign prior, and she knows this is repetitive and continued to read the documents anyways. It is a very bad look. Not only this is a huge waste of our time, and money, but also demonstrates a lack of trust and respect from provider to patient, which in turn will destroy trust from patient to provider. Only 40 minutes were left to discuss our child and the child's needs. However, her line of questioning seems erratic and did not follow any tight logic in my opinion. In my untrained opinion, she seems to ask about random things. At the end of the meeting, there was basically 0 expectation provided from the provider, other than "I don't have a magic wand" and "Play therapy takes time". We were prompted to setup follow up appointments anyways. It was not until after the initial appointment, when I asked for a super bill for insurance, Allison Moore disclosed that she thinks our child does not meet the bar for play therapy. Then why did she still ask us to set up follow up appointments in the first place? Had I stayed a self-pay patient and do not introduce insurance regulations, would we have been kept by her as a play therapy patient even though our child's needs do not meet the bar? Makes one wonder the true motivation behind this inconsistency. Giving Allison Moore the benefit of doubt, I only marked down 1 star. However, I canceled our follow up appointment and will not be back.”

“My family has used Drs. Kendall for a long time and they have been such a blessing to our family. I was told 15 years ago that I would need neck/back surgery, but one trip to see Dr. Kendall alleviated more pain than previous several years of managing pain with other medicine. 15 years later and still pain free for the most part, not counting minor aches and pains that are fixed with an adjustment and/or acupuncture.”

“Dr. Parkhill was recommended to me by a friend after I had severe neck and arm pains, and he and his staff went above and beyond to setup an MRI and ESI injections with other practices in less than 24 hours as I was in great pain. He kept checking on me daily to see how I was doing. Dr. Parkhill is not one of those Chiropractors who will crack your neck for no reason, he wants to know first where the exact problem comes from so he can come up with a solution to fix it in an intelligent manner. “Dr. James gave me my life back. I was in such bad shape when I got to him and was absolutely miserable everyday. Dr. James truly cares. He explained everything to me, was patient with all my questions, and was sympathetic to me and the condition I was in when I got to him. Dr. James performed a 3 level fusion on my lower back. He took his time in surgery and the after care has been phenomenal. Nathan and the rest of the staff are just as caring and patient. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. James, Nathan, and the rest of the staff. They have seen me at some of my lowest points and are so compassionate. I’m still recovering but I’m so thankful that I’m in their care. I travel 2 hours to see him and it’s worth every mile and minute on the road. They’re the absolute best.”
