Again, people forget how to be friendly ? during these times. SO what, if things are set up to encourage Kiosh orders. Be friendly. Businesses don't want to shut down anymore so show hospitality and kindness. Make having coffee with a friend on your patio a welcoming ? space.

This is my favorite location! The employees are always nice and my order is always correct. Whether it's a soup-in-bread-bowl kind of day, or simply smoothies.. Panera bread makes me happy! Thanks!

It was my first visit to this particular store after returning from overseas. There were plenty of parking spots, the inside was clean, quiet and only one guest inside. It's likely because of the precarious situation we all are faced with, most folks prefer curbside pickup and avoid going inside. They had hand sanitizer available for customers as you enter the store. I used the restroom and it was clean. It's taking me a while to sink in that what used to be a bustling place is now hardly anyone inside. It's a strange world we're living in these days.
