“We stay here each year for at least six weeks while on business in Minnesota. The hot breakfast served is one of the best for a free offering at a hotel even during the pandemic. Rooms are comfortable. We stay in an Executive king with a full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher (which is a great touch). Bring your own dishes etc. we bring a couple of hot plates, a pressure/slow cooker. Staff is friendly and helpful.”

“We have been bringing our pets to Springfield Veterinary Center since it was founded probably around the year 2000. Our pets have thrived under the care of Dr. Chris Scotti. I took Leah, our boxer-hound mix, for her vaccinations today and wow did they have their coronavirus protocols firmly established! You pull into a parking spot and place your dog in an outside "run" at the appointed time. A staff member speaks with you briefly about the expectations of the visit (both you and she/he are wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing) and you return to your car. The doctor calls you after the exam is completed, then your dog is returned to the run. You pick up your dog, call the front desk to pay the bill, and then leave. This is a solution which I think works well for the coronavirus long run and shows care and concern for you and their staff. Nonetheless, I do miss meeting Dr. Scotti in person but I understand the reason behind this approach. Springfield Veterinary Center, thanks so much for the care you have provided to our furry family members going into our third decade with you!”

“I wanna say I've been coming to this store pretty much daily for the past seven months. I've seen employees come and go here and I wonder why? There is this newer employee named Broderick who I love to death. Me and this guy nearly got hit by lighting a couple weeks ago and this guy kept a very calm manner toward me and all other customers. He is very professional and always more then helpful. Next David is also amazing. He greats each customer as they walk in and is super helpful. I love seeing David on my way to work in the morning's. He starts my days great. Now to the bad!!!! I've tried to avoid eugina for a long time now but lately I've come in when other employees are changing trash outside or stocking the cooler. First time I came in she gave me a bad time about not knowing the little seal color on the pack of cigarettes I requested. I told her I wanted Marlboro menthol 100s. She then said what color. I clearly pointed to what I needed and she to tell her what color. I told her menthol 100s. She brought menthol lights. I to her no regular menthol 100s. She said again what color do I want? She then said she was trained to identify the little ring you pull to open the pack of cigarettes?? I didn't understand this. Is always pointed or said the brand I wanted. Next time I came in here she had a super long line. She was the only worker. When the person in front of me went to the register she stepped away from the register to take a personal cell phone call and held the line up. Another time I got held up she stopped working the register to tell this poor man coming from the back off in Spanish. The very last time one week ago I went to buy cigarettes again. She said said can I help you when I walked in. I said I want the Marlboro menthol 100s. She told me that I need to come to her register before I ask what I want!! I was angry this last time and told the lady she needs to retire already. I never get mad at people working customer service because I do it daily but this lady is unacceptable. Only reason I still give a 5 is because of the hometown feeling I get 99% of the time I walk in this store. Broderick, David, Sharon & Rachel are all amazing.”

“I walked in and was immediately greeted, however there was a wait, but there were only two bankers and I understand the importance in connecting and putting customers first. I set up my account with Adam, he was absolutely AWESOME! The computer was slow at times, but not at all their fault. Overall 10/10 for a bank, especially compared to Bank of America.”
