“We got quite a bit of different items from there. They call apple fritters bear claws. They were a little hard, but okay heated up. Mini ones were the same. Cinnamon rolls were cinnamon-y, plump, and well done. Mini ones were loved by the kids. Donut holes were chocolate or strawberry frosted with or wo sprinkles. Kids said they were more delicious and poofier than other donut shops we've had around here. Normal options available of donuts plus a few more. Kolaches are sausage w or wo jalapeno, but big ones don't fill the whole thing like other spots. Good customer service and okay pricing.”

“I will always love this place and these lovely ladies. My son, who is 20 now, ran away from home when he was six. Didn't want to clean his room. He took his backpack with some games, and a couple of dollars, because a man needs to eat. He went to Smile Donut, and placed his order. They served him, told him to sit down and eat, and called the police, who brought him home to his frantic mom. They are wonderful people, and their donuts are marvelous. Special place in Heaven for those kind and caring people.”

It was the same place I remembered all those years ago (and I mean that in a good way) with the exception of many really great additions to the menu!! ? They told me they are about to have their 21st Anniversary!!! ?CONGRATS ?? I ordered the Albuquerque? Turkey just as I did years ago and guess what?! It was still the same so remembered (in a good way also). For starters, it was delicious!! A ton of food crammed in the bagel, I had to save half for later (all gone now or course ?) veggies ?? “I ordered a gingerbread cake with cream cheese icing for Christmas, and my husband and myself were BEYOND pleased with our order. I placed my order on Monday, 4 days before Christmas, and they had it ready Christmas eve. The young lady that took my order was so excited to have the opportunity to be creative as I didn't have a visual to give her of what I wanted. She definitely brought it to life! The cake itself is beautiful, much more than we expected, and absolutely delicious ?. Going back when we finish the cake to order 2 dozen of the gingerbread cookies bordering the cake, they are sooo good! Well worth every penny!”
