They are crisp on the outside but get chewy as you bite into them, with a light but firm cream in the middle. My personal favorites are the Salted Caramel or the Lavender if you like soft floral tones. I got to try their Butter Beer macaron to celebrate the anniversary of Harry Potter and it was delicious!”
