However when going to Advanced auto in Watauga off Denton Highway, I was able to speak to someone who was phenomenal!!! CHAD!!!! I never write reviews, but I feel like with the exceptional customer service that was delivered but Chad I had to speak up! Chad was great, he's knowledgeable when it comes to parts, he’s knowledgeable about the warranties, and he did not leave me with a headache like some of the others at this store. I called he was able to look up my part, did the warranty exchange with no hassle, heck he even had my replacement part waiting for me when I pulled up. Once again THANK YOU CHAD!!!! These guys were unbelievable, they took better than good care of myself, my son, and as of today my daughter. I was told by several other repair shops that the repairs needed were literally thousand of dollars after they performed and charged me their $300 "diagnostic" charges. These guys diagnosed each of my vehicles for FREE, contacted me with what was really wrong and fixed each vehicle for literally thousands less than the others. Honest, trustworthy and just great guys. Even if you have to drive a little to get to them make the drive. They've earned my business and many others in Trophy Club. I've got more work for them coming in the near future. My cars and trucks are getting older and with the car market being what it is today it makes more sense to fix them than replace them. “I came here for some earbuds and left pleasantly surprised. This Dollar Tree is very nice and has quite a few things. One of the best Dollar Trees I’ve been to. Inside this Dollar Tree you will find many things that cost $1.25 DOLLARS. I repeat EVERYTHING HERE IS ONE DOLLAR AND TWENTY FIVE CENTS. Due to inflation everything cost $1.25 sadly, but that’s not too bad of a price raise. They actually added more things. The Dollar Tree sells a variety of things including: electronic accessories, common household items, and tons and tons of snacks. There are quite a few books here and plenty of toys for your kiddos 👦🏽. Because this is a Dollar Tree, there is only one checkout open. Dollar Stores are notorious for only having one checkout open, so don’t be surprised. The cashier was very nice and scanned the things quickly. Overall my experience here at Dollar Tree was a pleasant one. I will be returning soon for some $1.25 snacks. 10/10 would recommend”

After steve fought with the bank and insurance he was able to get it in his shop the turn around time was crazy fast with the size of my truck and the amount of damage there was. I was amazed how fast they did it. The shop went above and beyond doing repairs that had nothing to do with the hail damage. And the attention to detail shows that they really care. Sabrina at the front desk is amazing, she has snacks and fancy waters. And Marcus was thorough in his estimate and explaining the repair process to me and even though my vehicle was a total loss, I know he did all he could to save it with State Farm., State Farm was a nightmare to deal with during the entire total loss process but the customer service at Joe Hudson is what made it better.
