“I have been coming to Dr Oliver for several years and he is amazing. But behind every great Doctor is a great team and let me tell you Sonia the office manager is absolutely amazing to work with. She knows her stuff, she is kind and caring and really works with patients to develop a treatment plan that works for them. She makes sure you understand by her thorough explanations and the time she takes with each and every patient. She has had to of been in the industry a long time because she is so smart and knowledgeable about the procedures and makes sure your well prepared for surgery. “As a long time patient of Dr. Sykes, I was again at his office today for my regular teeth cleaning, which is the best way over time to maintain teeth and gum health. Although his office has always been well maintained, because of the vivid-19 corona virus there has been an even higher up-grade. For example, the medical protective attire worn by the staff is like that worn in a hospital surgical suite. Right now is a smart time for anyone with hurting teeth (which usually involves infection) etc., to seek care. as treatment could also help protect one’s over all health in a perilous time. “I had to get a deep clean after 13 years of not going to the dentist, between anxiety and lack of insurance I just haven't been able to. I was really worried going in, very embarrassed and nervous what would happen and how much it would cost. But the whole staff here is wonderful, they made me feel at ease and Dr. Le is so nice and explains everything in detail so you know what's going on, and he's very gentle and compassionate. My out of pocket was lower than I thought it would be and they even made sure to schedule me before the end of the year so I wouldn't have to pay my deductible twice. I just finished my final deep clean yesterday, and there's no pain, my gums already look so much better and no more bleeding! And I'm not afraid to smile anymore! I had a little anxiety about going mostly because of the treatment I thought I might need. She was very laid back and made me feel relaxed because of that. “This was my first visit to Dr. Steve's practice. The waiting area is decorated so nicely. It feels like your relaxing in large family room. His front staff was very friendly and welcoming, as well his experienced dental team. They all made me feel very comfortable. Prior to my appointment ,I was able to complete all that dreaded paperwork online to include uploading the insurance card info. There was nothing else to fill out on my appointment day which I loved. Dr. Steve's office has STATE of the ART TECHNOLOGY!! I have visited a few dental practices, but his by far was very impressive. I kept saying.."This is amazing." “The staff at Encore Dentistry is amazing! I went here to get whitening and molds of my teeth for a teeth whitening certificate I had purchased through Smile America a while ago. My first visit I had Angelica and she was so sweet and friendly. Took molds of my teeth and I was out in about 10 minutes. The second time I came by (a week later) to pick up my whitening kit and molds I had Ulysses. He was friendly and showed me how to use my whitening kit at home, and I was out In about 5 minutes. I loved how fast everything was able to be done so that I could get on with my day. When I went to leave though, my car wouldn’t start. Luckily, Jason from the dentistry was kind enough to pull his car up and give mine a jump! Not only did they get my teeth right, but they helped with my car as well. Overall, I can tell this place has an amazing staff. Great customer service and great people in general. I highly recommend this place!”
