“The staff is Very Nice and Helpful, the facility is clean. HOWEVER, I have a a few concerns, well more like a few wishes. My Dad is there and would like to see him get showered more often and would LOVE for the food to be better than it is. It's usually cold. I bring him food, put his name on it and when he and his roommate asked for it the very next day it was GONE. Other than that, the facility is beautiful and treat my Mom great and our family as well. Also kudos to Natalie for helping when we left after surgery, she uninstalled a booster seat for me so that I could get my daughter home safely since she was still quite sleepy. She even gave us a hair tie to tie her hair back and keep it out of her face. She was so nice to even get assistance to get my cleaned up when I got some blood on my shirt while waiting to put my daughter in the car. Everyone here has been really nice, from the phone call to the doctor. It has been a really wonderful experience.”
