“If you want to enjoy life, you should hear what your missing! I am on my 2nd. pair after 4 years, the technology is mind boggling. I walked in and was attended to immediately and within 1 hour was back to work. When I got home and got out of the car I was dumbfounded by the sounds of the Cicadas and birds, I immediately took the hearing aids out and the sound stopped, I was so excited I set outside and worked in the yard to the sounds of nature. The staff was efficient and far more professional than the other company I seen on my first pair of hearing aids, I will be a lifelong customer to Connect Hearing. The hearing specialist, Jeanine was knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed to be on the same page to help me better choose what type of hearing aids I needed. “Great job on the vacectamy, just make sure you say no to the drug test. A person not affiliated to the actual Dr office will come I'm and make it seem like it is required for the surgery, and then you will get a huge, in my case 1500 dollar, bill in the mail for it. The drug test cost my insurance company 13000 dollars and was not needed at all for the vacectamy. The Dr office staff and personal are fantastic though.”

My current doctor made me feel like a number, the office staff was unorganized and the doctor always looking at his phone or watch when seeing me for my appointment. “Let me first start off by saying for my baby, my 6 year old son to have to go through a dental surgery during the Pandemic was very scary. Nadia the front desk lady talked so calm, professional and answered a trillion questions I had and that's what initially built my trust to go further. The experience was great my 6 year old came out better than before. I have 3 children and none of them ever went under anesthesia until this last one. Dr. Martin's work was great my son has had no complaints. Pam was the nurse we saw before procedure and she was very nice too. It was a scary time for my Husband, son and myself but we got through it. Kayla was his recovery nurse, she was super informative and took great care of our son. She called a couple of days later to check on him. They all make a great team and I am blessed God directed us to them.”
