I did have to wait over an hour for Dr. Menes to come into my room, but I believe it is because she is so thorough with her patients so she does not rush. Dr. Menes and her staff sent 6 prescriptions to the pharmacy for me within 24 hours of my appointment and they sent 3/6 requested speciality referrals in within 24 hours of my appointment. The office building it’s self is nothing fancy and could use some cleaning/updating, but the care from Dr. Menes and her staff is so good that you can look past it. 😋 I would highly recommend this Dr. to others.
