“I had a fusion done less than 1 yr ago by a Ft Worth back doctor ,it went south 2 months after and all they wanted to do was injections ,I found out about Doc Rosenstein 2 months ago from a friend in similar situation ,what a great experience ,had the other doctor done a myelogram they would have seen the problem but they didn't ,Doc Rosenstein did and I'm 3 weeks out of surgery no more pain walking 3 miles a day ,his staff is wonderful and the office isn't crammed with patients ,also shout out USMD he uses this for surgery what a great hospital treated me like a king ,before you have surgery get that second opinion with Doctor Rosenstein ,Thanks Again Doc”

“Dr. Dana Kirby is an awesome Dr. and the reason I’ve been her patient almost 20 years. I get prescriptions filled on a regular basis and come in once or twice per year. I did notice a high turnover in the front staff and feel is the reason of most complaints. Being a regular patient without Dr. turnover is most important to me. I normally don’t wait long. I did have a huge mistake with my blood work in November 2019 not making it into my chart file or given to Dr. Kirby. Didn’t receive a call back so assumed I was fine. March 2020 Dr. visit with Dr. Kirby (pre-Covid lockdown) I asked about it at the end. She had to go locate my bloodwork and when she brought it back she discovered I was anemic. She suggested I get a colonoscopy and I did after the Covid lockdown was lifted. A little too late and stage 3 colon cancer removed half of colon and more- all cancer removed staged to a T2. I called Dr. Kirby’s nurse and left a long distraught voicemail with how disappointed I was regarding the blood work, and results. Dr. Kirby called me personally and apologized, and was very compassionate about what happened. She promised to do better with communication and her current nurse has been awesome. I still am a patient with Dr. Kirby because she has always been on top of my health and well-being. I no longer assume anything from anyone, I ask questions and follow up on everything nowadays.”
