I was able to get it that day and the office staff helped me figure out my insurance quick and within 45 minutes, I was in the chair getting my infusion. “These apartments offer just about everything one would want. Kim Elam, Karen, Alexandra and Kellen in the front office are friendly and truly care that the residents are happy to live here. Any maintenance concerns that may arise are taken care of quickly and professionally by Edgar, Sal, Tony and others. The whole complex is very well maintained with new projects always going on to keep it looking in tip-top shape and adding new functionality. The pool and fitness room are always clean. It’s close to great shopping and restaurants, and is close to both I-20 and I-30. The Trinity Trail is accessible from the back of the complex so you can go biking or walking. My only problem with Max Health is the fact that you don’t get a provider assigned to you, but since all the ones I have interacted with so far have been great, I really don’t mind it. “My experience here was amazing! Easy to schedule an appointment (had a same day appointment) and amazingly friendly staff. I had my appointment with Dr. Le and went in for an x-ray and routine cleaning. Dr. Le was very professional and very informative. Any questions I had about my teeth/gum health he answered knowledgeably and gave great recommendations that I have been following since my visit. He was very thorough in his explanations of the procedures and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I feel like I have a better appreciation for mouth health/dental work now after having been here. Definitely would recommend this place and they have a great new customer special. I’m due for another cleaning in about 6 months and am looking forward to it!”

“I had a mommy makeover procedure done 1/8/21. Dr Rummala saw me multiple times after the surgery and everything was great. Then, a week later I developed pulmonary embolism. He spoke to my daughter, told her which ER to bring me to and met me there. He spent most of that day at the hospital and kept checking on me. He finally left around 5pm but then again showed up around 8 or 9pm that evening to check on me. Then, he came back following morning, which was Saturday and again day later on a Sunday to see how I was and to make sure I am being taken care of. I have never seen a doctor like that and it made a world of difference for me. My husband and I always grateful.”

“Had my daughter's 6th birthday party here and everyone LOVED it here!! The place is very large and clean. There is plenty of seating all over the water park and being able to rent the entire place after hours was amazing. With the Texas summer heat, this was the best way to go. It made it comfortable for my guests. The rental also came with like 5-6 lifeguards with helps take the worry out of keeping the kids safe in the water. The only thing I had to take a star off for were the bathrooms. They were dirty and extremely hot. No air flow whatsoever in there and they smelled horrible. Other than that the place and the staff were great. Highly recommend this place.”
