Office staff is upbeat and smiles at you (kind of rare these days). It all feels more personal than the big offices. Of course, most important is Dr. Conway's expertise. He took the time to talk about the latest studies regarding the injury and likely outcomes, all in all we left feeling very informed about our options. Her medical student Herman, asked if I would answer some questions for him and although I was embarrassed and felt like I wasn’t accurately describing my concerns or wanted to withhold some details, he was very professional and kind and as the conversation progressed, I was able to calm down a little. Dr. Lin herself was very kind as well and had a more relaxed and straight forward approach to the subject. They were both easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and professional. I left with multiple treatment options and a better understanding than what WebMD had given me (of course). I’m now hopeful looking forward.
