“Last week I was changing the batteries in the smoke detector that is attached to my alarm system. In the process I inadvertently pushed the test button on the equipment long enough to send an alarm. I missed the phone call from the monitoring agency while I was silencing the alarm panel, within less that 5-10 minutes the Bedford Fire Department was ringing my doorbell. I would like to commend the BFD for such a fast response time and express my apologies for taking them away from their post where they could have been needed for a real emergency. It's a great comfort to know this department is protecting my property and the property of the citizens of Bedford. Doug White”

We only waited about 15 minutes before they got us into the "fast track ER" and we were called back immediately. Every single staff member we met was so kind and friendly! They made my daughter feel comfortable when she was extremely nervous! The doctor knew exactly what to give her and she is already SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER the next day! “Our daughter has been attending Children’s courtyard in Alliance for 8 1/2 years now. We absolutely love this location! The staff is amazing with the kids and treats them like their very own.
