A family member owns a similar store in another town and the requests to buy are non-stop....and folks always somehow think that grandma's things that they don't want should be worth more. His attention to detail is incredible. We consider our reupholstered chairs and chaise to be family heirlooms now, because they are so beautiful and well done. At the time of purchase we informed the sales person that I would pick up the items at their warehouse. After we left the store my wife looked at the receipt and noticed we were charged $100.00 for Guardian for each recliner. An additional $200.00 for something we did not ask for. The sales person didn’t even ask if it was something we were interested in purchasing. She took it upon herself to pad the sale. Needless to say we are not happy.”
