“Just went in with a little bit of a complicated issue. I needed to return a product and change my method of payment by buying it back immediately. Reagan was a fantastic help from the beginning. She automatically knew what I needed and made no fuss about it. She was cheerful and patient and kind when there was an issue that was not at all her fault. The stylists are professional, experienced, and extremely talented. I hadn’t had a trim in over 2 years, but Alberto took amazing care of me. This is hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had (too bad I don’t have any before pictures!). I got a trim, with light layering, and jaw length curtain bangs (something I was a little nervous about). But Alberto made sure to go over very thoroughly what his plan was for my hair, and if it was something I was comfortable with.
