“We’ve been members at Altitude since last summer. While the experience was decent before, they’ve recently added more structures for younger kids and a new basketball court for older ones, which is a great improvement. It’s nice to see them expanding activities for the kids, but unfortunately, the cleanliness hasn’t improved. The trampolines are dirty, the floors are covered in dust, and it doesn’t seem like the staff does much cleaning during their shifts. The bathrooms, in particular, are a mess. A little more attention to cleanliness would make a big difference. Overall, my kids love jumping, and with the recent additions, we’ll continue coming here at least once a month.”

“This is a great store. The parking lot always has plenty of spaces, making the trip convenient. Although, not having turn access to the store from Boat Club on the opposite side of the street is a hassle. You have to go down to the next light,, then turn around in a business (no Turn). The store is kept pretty nice. Clean, usually abundantly stocked, Organized. They do have some produce. Fresh vegetables and fruit. Nova has been seen multiple times by Dr. Ward for severe allergy, skin, and ear issues, and we’ve seen so much improvement under her care. Benson originally started seeing Dr. Ruffner for his Frenchie expertise, and although he has since retired, the rest of the doctors and staff have continued to provide the same wonderful level of care. If you want to engage and stay active mentally, physically, or both there are many ways to do so. The cleaning and dining staff have been superb! Everyone on the staff is friendly and professional. We have also enjoyed the large clean pool a couple of times. The only reason mom is moving is that she now needs more care beyond independent living.”
