I have been seeing Shoulders for almost 3 years due to a complication that occurred during surgery from another Dr, not associated with Southwest Sports and Spine. Shoulders makes this horrible situation better by treating me with respect. He truly cares about his patients! I work in healthcare as well, and refer patients often. “I could have almost cried after seeing Dr. Ali. We still have tests to complete but after 3 cardiologist and since July and this is Mid December my BP has been so high and it will not go down without anxiety meds and it isn't anxiety making it go up! I've been treated like I'm half crazy or they don't know what to do and first thing Dr. Ali said he was pretty sure he knows what we are dealing with and he was so knowledgeable. We shall see soon but his office has been attentive and very professional. Great office of doctors!”

“Seen good and bad reviews but in my experience, they met all my expectations. Visit, few issues with their computers but didn't wait long. Up to date equipment, able to perform the standard eye exam, along with the review of my optic disc/nerve, retina and lens since I am diabetic. Doctor Frey, explained my symptoms and addressed all my questions without being in a rush. Knowledgable and experienced. Glasses, ordered a thin frame, lens fit the frame. Was told at the previous optometrist that my lens would be too thick for the frame I wanted. Ordered computer glasses with bifocals for reading, but the lens make the transition from the computer to reading without the traditional bifocals. Sleek and in love with my new glasses. Prescription is on point, clear vision. Price, slightly higher in cost, but for the expertise, the service justifies the cost. Great office staff, found my optometrist.”
