“Dr. Phelps had put together an amazing team. First of all Dr Phelps is an outstanding back surgeon and is not quick to surgery and offers other treatments I saw him 15 years ago for a herniated disc which after different treatments I had to have surgery. Fast forward to today that same disc collapsed and we tried different options I’ll have to have a fusion. Dr Phelps staff is just amazing. “The people who work here are friendly, conversational, and still manage to remain professional. They always seem busy but have a fluid system down that moves patients through from one therapy to another. My only negative is I get a real since that they try to schedule you for every available insurance opportunity they can up front. Meaning if you have 40 visits the insurance will pay for, then they will tell you they need to schedule you for three times a week. At the end of the first week the schedule you for another three days and the third week three days without seeming to consider the progress of the patient or absence of pain, improved mobility, or regained flexibility. I came originally because I was in a situation in which I could barely shuffle, not bend or sit, and sometimes just sitting causes extreme pain. After a month and a half of adjustments and therapy on my lower back I felt better than before I remember many of the symptoms popping up. What irritated me the most was I was told I would receive a list of exercises I needed to do to support my lower back and core area. Instead, as I felt ready to take on life full force again I was told my flexibility was off by only 5 degrees. Which I get, is a significant value despite the size of the number. However during the “exam” the attendant would tell me, “Okay. Stop that is far enough.” I told the doctor I was willing to do a back bend needed. Meaning to prove my recovery was far enough along that I was ready to add exercise to my chiropractic routine. The exercise list was never given, which is fine because I have already started a core strengthening routine I used to do regularly years ago, then stopped, and eventually began having back issues. In that moment, I felt it was more about scheduling appointments that insurance would cover than about the health and welfare of the patient. What if sometime during the rest of the year I have a separate injury and need chiropractic care? I value chiropractic care because it is effective. There was another time in my life when chiropractic care was the only thing that stopped the migraines and upper back pain I used to experience. I will continue to use the chiropractic services at River Oaks Chiropractic but I do wish it felt less like the purpose is to max out the insurance option and more about the individual patient recovery.”

“My family has been seeing Doctor Armstrong for years now and we love him! We get a massage at Tara in his office and these two really are the best! I had my sister and brother-in-law come in to town from Missouri today. He brother in law has been dealing with bad back pain for a few years. I took them both for a adjustment today because he could even walk in the grocery store. His back was hurting so bad. Dr Armstrong adjusted them both. Tonight my brother in law says he feels better the. He has in 10 year!!! Mind blown. Thank You Dr A, you are a miracle worker. “For those looking for an independent Harley Service shop, then I believe I've found the best kept secret in the FTW area. Their sign listed Motorcycle repair as well as everything else. I also believe, Doug worked on my bike. Doug/TNT did an excellent job, and went out of their way to meet my concerns and expectations. I Initially, I inquired about a 3 hole and maintenance. If you do Amsoil they will have your products, if you bring your own, then there's a set price...I'm thinking less than 1/3 of a Harley price. I explained my issues, and I pointed out to Doug my other concerns, which was taken care of with pride and superior workmanship. As if it was their own motorcycle that they were working on. TNT did work for me that other shops neglected, or weren't overly concerned about. I explained my issues, Doug immediately knew what was needed, and now, my bike rides tight again.... Thank, you...thank you... and one more thank you...for Doug and TNT. I would highly recommend TNT for anything that needs repair....Harley's, motorcycles, car, trucks, air, and diesel's. I have truly have found, my one stop, "go to" mechanic shop that covers everything. I will be back again.”
