“I have used the Agape Home Care services twice before over the years (once in 2011 and again in 2013). And the company has proven to me with their genuine caring ways and professionalism that they are a home care business that is run with an abundance of efficiency, integrity and class. When I simply dropped by their Western Hills Boulevard office unannounced 4 days ago on Monday, January the 13th, I met Melissa Overcash, the President and Administrator of Agape. I enjoyed meeting her, she was a warm and delightful lady. I went to her office to make an arrangement to have a Agape home care driver pick me up at my home on Wednesday, January the 15th in the morning to transport me to the Southwest Fort Worth Endoscopy Center to have a colonoscopy procedure performed on me. My request was a easy one for Melissa to take care of for me. In a matter of a minuter or two on her computer, everything was arranged and I had one less thing to worry about. On Wednesday morning, January the 15th, everything went like clockwork. The colonoscopy procedure was a success, which was expected. It was no medical big deal. The Agape driver that Melissa Overcash assigned to me was awesome! She was a very amiable lady by the name of Helene K. She arrived right on time at my home and transported me to the Endoscopy Center located at 6317 Harris parkway here in Fort Worth. After signing various forms and paying my co-pay, I had to wait about an hour in the waiting room area before it was my turn to have a colonoscopy done on me. But during my wait, Helene and I had a very engaging conversation. We talked mainly about family and traveling. She had traveled some. And in my younger days, I had lived in 3 overseas countries for 11 years. After Helene had driven me back to my home, she was still on the clock which I was paying for. So we spent a fair amount of more time just talking. In closing out this review; I would like to add in my humble opinion that Helene K was the epitome of what a home care employed person should be like. “When I walked in the doors I was greeted by two gentlemen immediately with smiles on their faces. They asked if they could help me. I explained I wanted to join 24hr fitness abd they immediately alerted the salesman which was very friendly. He explained all of my options and told me about classes as well. He downloaded the App on my phone for me and asked if I wanted a free session with a personal trainer which I thought was great. Today at 11:00 AM is when I am meeting with the personal trainer. Dr. Bush didn’t make me feel rushed to explain my symptoms, he answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable with the process of facing a knee surgery.
