I had 2 big couches (one was a fold out bed), a box spring, a mattress, one headboard, queen-size bed frame, and old automobile seats. Alexandria called when they were on their way, and answered any questions/concerns I had regarding room space, hallway access, etc. They gave me an on-site estimate within 10 minutes, and got everything loaded onto their trucks within 15 min. “Went in to try to transfer and close two of my accounts that I was sharing with someone else. I explained the situation to the person helping us multiple times. Supposedly got it done after I was reassured by the person helping us not once but THREE TIMES. However, when I checked my accounts the next day they were gone! Now my money is under that other person and none of my cards are useable. Frustrated and dissatisfied. Update: branch manager called me and I was able to explain my situation. I was able to go in the next day and get the problem fixed. They were very kind and understanding about the situation”
