When I took my autistic son to her, she allowed me to be involved in his care, explaining the procedures and calming him down when he became overstimulated. In addition, she made sure to schedule his appointment for when there would be no a time crunch. She took the necessary time, and never made us feel like we imposed on her good graces. I am sad that we don't need to go see her again for another six months!”
