“Usually I go to a different Verizon store but today they didn't have the charger I needed for my phone so I went to the other Verizon store on 121 in Euless, Tx. When they weren't open at 10 as it said on the door I figured it lived up to the reputation of being disappointing. I was WRONG! When I returned to the store 20 minutes later the young man told me why opening was late and promptly listened to my need for the right charger and went to the back and got it. The charger was better than the one that came with the phone in that the cord was longer. The salesman's name is Nikolas Saldana (he goes by Nik) and I would go back again if I need future help.”
