They are always very responsive and get back with you quickly if not immediately. Had a disc replaced in my neck. They were very attentive post surgery to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Personally called to check on me. “I did not get any sort of surgery done here but I was with my mother the whole way and the balloon offered incredible results! Everyone is so nice and welcoming including the doctor!! I understand that everyone's body works differently but you do have to use the balloons as an aid in dieting for weight loss, but you can be much more liberal with your dieting as opposed to not having the balloons and some people can be ignorant to this. All in all a great experience.”

“I highly recommend Dr. Troutman to any patient who wants an doctor who is an expert in Gastroenterology and who also takes the time to: 1) listen to his patients; 2) explain his findings and recommendations; and 3) clearly provide a treatment protocol both verbally and in writing so the patient can remember and follow his advice. I've been going to him for years and he is the best Gastroenterologist my husband and I have ever encountered. He is also a highly respected physician/professor at the University of North Texas Medical School. He deserves 6 stars instead of 5!”

She is absolutely solution-based. She also has the best resources like books, audio recordings, local organizations, and other professionals to contact to get you the care and knowledge that you need. Her cognitive-behavioral approach is top-notch and hypnosis sessions allowed me to see my childhood through the eyes of an adult. She is an enthusiastic cheerleader for your life and a true advocate for her clients. No matter your problem, Carol will have you leaving with confidence and a pep in your step like you could take on the world. Remember, it’s a process and not a quick fix! There are less expensive people out there, but she is well worth the price. 10 out of 10!!”
