“Started with a 90-day challenge at this gym last January. The trainers are really inspiring and the workouts are tough and effective. It's been easy to stay motivated at this gym though because of the group sessions and the social aspect. I've gotten to know the regulars at the 6:30am session and we have a great time. There's a sense of true accomplishment and team work at the end of each workout. If you miss a session, people notice, and that holds you accountable. The owner of the gym takes a personal interest in every member and is always putting out inspiring texts, emails and videos on Facebook to remind you that he and his team are invested in your success. I hit my goal weight within 90 days and have successfully kept it off all year. Highly recommend this gym!”
