The physician was also very welcoming and looked me in the eye when he spoke to me. He provided his diagnosis and took the time to look over my skin in addition to the one lesion. The MA was also very helpful and knowledgeable. She performed the subcutaneous lidocaine shot and as a nurse, I was comfortable with her. The procedure was simple and the physician and MA took the time to make sure I was comfortable. A great experience!”
