“I really like this place! Dr. Tran and his staff are kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Great selection of glasses ( some are a little expensive). I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars because, this is my 2nd year coming and both times a employee would give me a hard time about my insurance coverage. I would inform them of what I’m covered for only to be met with resistance and denial! After calling my provider (which should have been done prior) they would then provide the service but never apologize. Now, this time the wonderful young lady that tended me, was apologetic in nature and tried to explain the reason behind the madness. I still smile thinking of her, she has an awesome sense of humor!! Nonetheless, I’ll return next year because like I said, Dr. Tran is kind, patient, honest and through, that's important to me.”
