“Initial visit is VERY thorough, and redundant at times (staff willing to admit this). New donor video followed by multiple screenings. Donor question kiosks do NOT allow muted audio and take a long time to get through. Staff performing physical must verbally walk you through all of the questions you consented to already… again, very thorough and redundant. Plan on a FULL 2+ hours the first time. Having said all that, All staff very pleasant and helpful, and subsequent visits are more typical 1hr for donation. Everyone professional and helpful!”
