When I arrived, the first thing I said to my wife was to expect that ugly smell we always experience, but not this place. We arrived when they were feeding and again we expected to see the resident not cleaned and having one nurse trying to feed 4 or 5 residents but no, a nurse was feeding my niece carefully. And she was clean and in a good mood, now that speaks volumes. We were pleasantly surprised. Great job!”
