My daughter has had more then 10 appointments and had never complained of the orthodontic staff. Appointments can be made and canceled via text and they have a wonderful system set up for reminders. Dr Swapp also understands how important it is to connect with his patients and to keep them involved and excited about maintaining their braces and oral hygiene. There is a reward system that involves tokens and he always has fun games and prizes via social media.
