When I hit middle age and basically bled out half the blood in my body (Hgb was literally 6.5) it finally got my family doctor’s attention, and I was referred to Dr Gill. “Quads is a legitimate hard work gym. If you are looking for a place for bodybuilding, power lifting or any type of resistance training, this is your gym. Quads is full of dedicated and goal orientated individuals with an environment that fosters success. This place would be a great fit for any serious gym goer but also has the right environment for someone just getting started. Mike, the owner knows his business and is appreciative of his members. All of the staff have treated myself and the other members with dignity and respect. While I cannot attest directly for the personal training programs available, I can say that I have seen many people there who have been using the programing obtain amazing results. After relocating to TX, I checked out the local gyms and decided to join Quads and have been a member for almost one year. After this time, I know I picked the right gym. Membership rates are competitive, chalk allowed, all the right equipment and the place has the right environment. Quads is by far the best gym in the North Fort Worth and Keller area.”
