One of the owners knows my palate well and is well versed in what I have ordered over the PAST YEAR and what she would recommend me trying at each new visit. I’ve never been disappointed yet and yes, it’s nice to be known. They take pride in their menu, even offering items you won’t see in print. The presentation is always nice. They pay attention to even the smallest details. I highly recommend it. Sushi is not all they have, so don’t bypass it just because of the name!”

“This is a wonderful place. I went in this past weekend and was seen almost immediately and treated in a kind respectful manner by all the staff. My physician provider, Dr. Lowery, was exceptional. Not only did he take my condition seriously, but he was able to treat and diagnose my problem in a short period of time and made a world of difference in my pain and discomfort. The premium margs are delicious and worth the money if you miss happy hour as it is not very long. Try the basic cheese enchiladas, they are awesome and the salsa is delicious. “TL;DR: A very skilled bodywork professional who listens to what you're saying, but more importantly listens to what your body is saying. I always leave feeling lighter, straighter, and far less tense. I have never had a masseuse quite like Ila. Ila is fantastic. She has spent time and energy immersed in the knowledge and wisdom of different bodywork practices. I can't speak to all that she's learned, but she uses very different methods based on the problem area in combination with the solution. She can easily stretch, cup, knead, circulate, sound, heat, and really push my body all in one session. She addresses body issues in a much more 'whole body, whole mind' manner. She knows what she's doing so can come off a bit direct, but I think that kind of directness is what we Seattlites need every once and a while :) I love our communication, it feels open and honest, and sometimes she enters spiritual territory that I am unfamiliar with, but she gives me the space to digest and absorb anything within--and slightly beyond--my comfort zone. Essentially, she's not a missionary about it. I was born with a shoulder injury (a palsy) that will always be with me. She listened to my concerns about the injury, and she has pushed that shoulder to do things just beyond its comfort zone. But she has also been a miracle worker with the opposite shoulder. All of the muscles and tendons that don't work on one side have to do twice the work on the other side. She has leveraged strong hands, correct pressure (while always checking in with me), stretching, movement, cupping, digging to help with the tension and pain that has built up over the years. I hope to be seeing Ila for a very long time.”

“Delicious! I got egg rolls, chicken curry (medium spice), the house special mixed vegetables and almond cookies. Picked it up just over 20 min after placing the order and it was ready to go and piping hot when I got home! Egg rolls were awesome - cooked perfectly with a nice wrapper-to-filling ratio and not-too-crunchy texture. The curry chicken was spiced perfectly (as I would expect a medium to be, at least) and the next day, the leftovers were slightly spicier (as is often the case with curry dishes!). The mixed vegetables tasted fresh - weren't overcooked or soggy - and the rice with both dishes was wonderful. I loved the almond cookies - not too sweet with a perfectly soft texture! Will definitely be back!”
