The management team has communicated promptly and have been available to answer any questions or address any concerns. Dennis who is in charge of maintenance is pleasant, professional, and gets things taken care of swiftly upon request. Living at this property has made moving to a brand new city much more comforting.”

“Pretty decent apartments. Nice setting and love how the rooms are designed. Apartment is good and common areas are generally clean. My only 2 major complains are 1. It’s been 6 months since I’ve moved in and the gym is still not functional ( I’m surprised seeing reviews address about how good the gym is because it isn’t functional yet) 2. Maintenance requests get closed on the portal without being completed in my apartment. Have had to raise several maintenance requests more than twice and they have not been completed. The heater in my unit doesn’t seem to work ( 3 maintenance requests so far) properly and heats up the apartment to 82f even when the Heater is off, other times I can’t get it to switch on at all. The mail room is gated but the apartment in general isn’t a gated community. Plenty of parking in the complex. Good location and numerous parks around the complex. Overall safe community and have liked my experience so far. Front office staff are nice”

“We worked with Tom at the Pyron group from December 2020 through April 2021. He is very kind and easy to work with. He was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process, which is so stressful and defeating in the current market. He never pressured us to jump on a house just to close the deal, and he was always very honest with us about his impressions with houses we toured. If our schedules didn’t align, he would go look at houses we were interested in and call us from there. We had him all over 3 separate counties trying to find something, and with every offer we wrote, he worked so hard for us. We finally found our home and closed on it in April, and we are so thankful to have had Tom helping us through it all. He is the only agent we worked with at the Pyron group, but he represents them so well that we would have no hesitation recommending him and the group to anyone we know.”

“I've lived at Pacific Harbors for 2 years now and we've been through numerous managers that didn't answer phones and if they did answer the phone they would just tell me anything to get me off the phone. They never addressed any maintenance issues for weeks if not months. It was a constant battle just to get small things accomplished. Ever since the new manager Tiffany Ahl took over everything has been smooth when dealing with maintenance and any other issues. I'm so happy they finally found a manager that takes pride in making sure the residents needs are addressed. Before Tiffany took over I would have told anyone not to rent here but now I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet and decent apartment community. Thank you Tiffany”
