If you need anything fixed or worked on she made sure it was done. The property is looking better with the upkeeps and being renovated. My unit was great and quiet. I had no major issues. Small little things like common work orders was done in a timely manner. Shannon kept her word on that. The property is really nice. The manager is even better. Go check them out. “Rent was great when we first moved there. Staff is always getting better and even after I moved we got someone to help us get our full security deposit back (they originally thought we had skipped a bill). Facilities are decent with option of in-unit W&D or on-site laundry area that you can pay for. There is also a small gym that isn’t that busy even right after work - last I went they had a couple of ellipticals, a couple of bikes, and a freight weight section. I’m not big on swimming , but other residents liked their pool area especially in the summer. There is a huge park just a short drive away and neighbors mostly keep to themselves and are quiet. Only issue we had beside the rent going up was the strong smell of weed every weekend around our building - not sure if the other buildings had the same issue.”
