“I’ve been staying here for a few years now . The office staff are super friendly and a joy. Amber is sweet and Cecil is a great addition to the team with his humor. If I had to comment on what could be better .. I 100% would say the parking. The parking is awful here. Assigned parking or additional parking would be great! Often residence have to walk pretty far to get home. Grocery shopping can be a nightmare if not timed correctly spots fill up quickly. Drivers tend to spend so speed bumps around corners could be helpful since the kids have to wait in the front for the bus. Maintenance is on top of it, and respond quickly to request and are extremely friendly. The insides of the apartments are clean and the nest thermostats are a nice perk. There isn’t much cabinet space but it’s a cozy apartment and community.”

“So far so good for an older complex! It needs a few improvements, which I was told were coming soon. The grounds look very nice and Maintenance has been prompt. The neighbors are friendly. I just moved here and it's much more affordable than my last apartment, with about 200 more sq ft. I'm in a townhouse and it's spacious for what I need until the housing market improves. My only complaint so far is that the office doesn't keep longer hours, which can be inconvenient and the lighting in the parking lot can be a little brighter.”

“I wanted to share my experience with Jack and Sheila of Listing Results. Keep in mind that if you use their service, you need to plan on doing a lot of the leg work yourself. This service is catered towards for sale by owner customers. Meaning you want to sell your home yourself and have to do most of the work yourself. The largest benefit of using their service in my opinion was them listing my property on MLS, reviewing the offers with me, and the viewing scheduling service where agents have to schedule to view your property ahead of time. I was still living in my home when it went on the market so this service was essential. You cannot expect Jack and Sheila to do the same amount of work as if you hired a real estate agent who gets paid on average 3% of the sale price of your home. They provide good service for amount they charge. I was glad to pay their prices versus paying another real estate agent 1-3% commission. I also want to note that I am proactive, complete paperwork easily, can upload and sign documents electronically, can communicate effectively with all parties, and ensure things get done on time. I also did my own research online throughout the process. I searched google for things like “how to sell your home without an agent” and read a lot of articles and blogs. Their service was great for someone like me and I saved thousands of dollars using their service. Jack and Sheila were honest and no they do not sugar coat anything. I appreciated that. You just simply can’t receive the same service from them as you would if you hired another real estate agent that does everything for you but requires more commission. If that was possible Jack and Sheila would put other real estate agents out of business. I accepted a really good offer and went into contract the first day on the market. We closed about 30 days later with no issues. I hope sharing my experience helps, happy selling!”
