“Apr. 2022 - 4 stars Our church placed a large order for Easter Sunday a few days early. They took the order and then realized that they close on Easter Sunday. Still, they found employees to come in and fulfill our order and deliver it. They had every right to decline but helped us out anyway. Great establishment showing kindness and keeping their commitment. Thank you!! I bumped up my previous 3 stars to 4 stars. Feb. 2022 - 3 stars I've been to this location many times over the years and have had good experiences. On this visit, I joined another party late and after ordering my Reuben THE Great (Lighter), there were a bunch of dishes backed up and customers waiting around. They were told to be seated and food would be brought out. At that point, there was a 30 minute wait. Don't know what happened, but since I arrived late, my food order only took about 15 minutes to be served. I think there was a huge lunch crowd on a Sunday. My Reuben sandwich was good and the server was nice.”

“No question the pizza is DELICIOUS! The online ordering component was just about the easiest of any of the other more established pizzerias (they should take some notes). Even though I could have bought a larger pizza for the same price somewhere else, I was satisfied. Clearly you get what you pay for. They were not stingy with toppings, the crust was perfect, and I'm the guy that likes to eat the topping that fell into the box at the end... Plenty of those! The drive up window is a nice touch too.”

“I parked along the side, tried to enter through the back entrance thinking it was the front entrance. Word to the wise: the back door isn’t unlocked LOL. The employee taking orders was friendly and made my sandwich timely. It was delicious as it always is. I ordered a medium Italian sub and a drink. The tea was made fresh! I noticed the employee taking order was also making the orders as he was the only one working for a little while. Another employee did eventually come in around 11:30 to help him making Uber/pickup orders. Good job!”

The mashed potato's are absolutely just delicious they are the perfect comfort food and just amazing love it! The veggies and other sides are just incredible the cookers are outstanding:) The people who work there are just so nice and sweet that have the sweetest hearts and you feel just like your at home when you walk in!! “Mom and Pop restaurant. Neck bones we're falling off the bone good. Black eye peas we're seasoned and flavored well. The red beans were good and sweet but good. Corn bread was pretty good. It was my first time so I will have to check it again. I want to try the ox tails and pork chops. It's tax season so half the restaurant was tax filing. The service was very good. Portion sizes we're large also.”

“This place is the best find I’ve had since moving from Chicago. The fish ceviche tostadas are phenomenal! They pack it with fish and avocado and red onion and those are picked to the perfect ripeness. I can go on and on but come and see for yourself. Bacons covered shrimp with cheddar cheese and jalapeños inside, WOW. The pescado empanisado (deep fried fish) didn’t even need tartar sauce, the flavor and tenderness was there! Enjoy!”

“This is a fantastic BBQ place. It’s not the best bbq I’ve had, but come on this is Texas with legendary BBQ joints. This place is however much better than any chains such as Rudy’s. The portion sizes were huge. I had both the brisket at the pork ribs which were phenomenal. The sides were decent but won’t blow you out of the water. Overall very very satisfying but room for improvement!”

“We had a wonderful time here. We came after a move and the Whiskey Rita really hit the spot! I also got Mariano’s enchiladas which were the best enchiladas I have ever had! Cheese filled and topped with steak and chili! The rice and beans were also very good. The service was also really good in the bar. Very attentive and friendly staff. We loved the atmosphere here. Definitely recommend stopping in for lunch/dinner and getting some of the famous chili! “We came based on the number of recommendations on Nextdoor for the margaritas. We got there and totally ended up just getting tea. The place was dead! It serves us well though! Talk about AMAZING over the top service! We never ran out of tea or chips and salsa. The food was fresh and hot. The food was also full of flavor. “The new chicken sandwiches are awesome!!!! I had the cajun and it was better than the wings without a doubt. Cooked to perfection, nice and crispy, and a good amount of sauce. I had it with pickles and it was ok. Will probably order without next time though. The sandwich was 10 out 10. Front counter girl was very friendly and the kitchen staff was really quick. The kitchen definitely worked their magic with these sandwiches. Can't wait to go back so I can try one in every flavor. They're SO good.”

I went in around 6:10PM and was excited to see that I could actually dine-in as Wing Stop has had their dining rooms closed due to covid. The staff was very friendly.
