“This is a great place to go with a group of people. Do it family style, have everyone get something different and share. All of the food here is great but the Cabbage Pierogies are definitely my favorite. The atmosphere is calm and really cool and the staff are very friendly and accommodating and I've found it's not easy to not have a good time here. They remodeled since last time I went so they can now accommodate more seating. Just keep in mind this is not a fast food place, they cook everything to order and it is all homemade. The owners here have been serving the 76017/76013 area consistently for almost 20 years. They are some of the most committed, and nicest people around. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous! If you’ve never been, go give them a visit. Times are tough for everyone right now, including local restaurants.
