Joe was professional, timely, neat, and knowledgeable. Joe is familiar with industry best practices and provided additional recommendations on installation and design. The entire Modern Room Remodels crew was kind and respectful of my family and our house. My only regret is not having used Modern Room Remodels for earlier projects. We are extremely pleased with the work that Modern Room Remodels did, and there is no doubt that we will be using Joe for all tiling project going forward. To provide additional perspective, we have completed tiling projects prior to using Modern Room Remodels. Both contractors left much to be desired when it came to installation (uneven grout lines and raised tiles) and design (not being knowledgeable about the installation style and pattern). None of this was an issue with Modern Room Remodels. Again, I highly recommend Joe and his crew, and look forward to using them again in the future.”

“I've lived at Pacific Harbors for 2 years now and we've been through numerous managers that didn't answer phones and if they did answer the phone they would just tell me anything to get me off the phone. They never addressed any maintenance issues for weeks if not months. It was a constant battle just to get small things accomplished. Ever since the new manager Tiffany Ahl took over everything has been smooth when dealing with maintenance and any other issues. I'm so happy they finally found a manager that takes pride in making sure the residents needs are addressed. Before Tiffany took over I would have told anyone not to rent here but now I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet and decent apartment community. Thank you Tiffany”

We ordered the edge carnivore... the gentleman who made our pizza did it with love. It came out piping hot and delicious! It was so good. Brisket was very tender and was great without any sauce. The sausage was also wonderful and unlike any I've tasted before. “Great company! Great customer service! They installed our roof after a hail storm two years ago. They were so easy to work with, and everyone was polite and helpful, and the roof looks great! This year we had what we thought was a leak in our roof. We called them at 8am, and they showed up two hours later to check it out! They inspected everything, caulked what they thought may have been the problem. They came out a second time after it was still leaking, and we discovered it's a leak in the pipe from our water heater. They recommended an HVAC company for us to call. I am so impressed that they would show up promptly, without any complaint, to help us. I would recommend To Serve Contracting to anyone!”

Recovery coaches Lisa and Clint are incredible at what they do, and Jerred was a top-notch, professional therapist. It's not an easy road as an alcoholic, but beginning my life over has been made easier by Riverwalk. The staff will assist you in getting up on your feet again, and therapists will work with you to regain control over your life, and even help you get a job/apply to school if necessary. I would recommend this place to anyone struggling with addiction.”

Chicken picatta has a nice lemony butter sauce. Simple side salad with Italian vinegarette is a nice complement to any of their pizzas or pasta dishes. The food is good, prices are fair and we like to support them since they are a local fixture here in Trophy Club area for so long.”
