“These guys built a carport for us and it exceeds expectations in structural strength and cosmetics. I asked for something that would be strong enough for north Texas storms and provide shade from the sun. The carport was built specifically to meet our needs and not just a generic plan. I finalized the plan on a Thursday and the construction started the following Thursday. One week as opposed to six weeks from other vendors plus this one is custom built. “The sales person, Jake Smith, is the son of a friend and that is how I found out about Texas Home Improvement. My home is brick and had some damaged wood siding and trim and I was considering replacing the wood with conventional siding. After speaking with Jake, he showed me the many benefits of, instead of putting on new siding, to instead consider replacing the damaged wood and applying their specialized cool coating and paint which is waterproof and will never need repainting or replacing. I also had it applied to the brick as well as the wood. The process was a little expensive, but in the long run I felt it would be a better investment for a home that I have lived in for 40+ years and intend to stay in. The crew that handled the job, lead by Marco (who has many years of experience in this procedure) was wonderful. Marco's work was painstakingly done and I could not have asked for a better team. Several neighbors came by to complement him on his professional work. He did not leave until I was completely satisfied. Jake Smith came by as soon as the work was completed to make sure I was completely satisfied and to thank me for my business. “We are very satisfied, with entire process, of replacing the roof. Right after reporting the claim, to our insurance company,, I contacted M&D Roofing, Michael was out the same day. After completing the survey of the property damage, Michael put a temporary patch on the roof, to prevent further damage, where the shingles had been blown off during the storm. The whole process was done with no delays. Once the shingles were delivered, the roofers began. On completion, all nails, & shingles were removed around the perimeter.
