“First of all, the gentleman that came to quote our office was very thorough, friendly, professional, and explained everything in detail. Then he came back during our first treatment and introduced the gentleman that would be here every month to treat. The technician was extremely friendly and found a red wasp nest we didn't even know we had and started to take care of it. Both of these guys were extremely nice, explained in detail what they were doing, and you knew they were going to make sure to take care of us whatever treatment was needed. “Dr.Weber is truly an expert in diagnosing injury and anything that's out of order in the body. I was amazed how accurate his diagnosis was even when I didn't completely mention the areas where I had pain and stiffness. Dr.Weber was literally listening to my bones/muscles which was able to communicate the issues more effectively than my words. I haven't yet begun the treatment session yet which is scheduled the next day after the X-ray/imaging. However I now feel confident that my pain will be treated sooner and looking forward to it. Just like everyone, I was confused on deciding which Chiropractor to go for as there were quite a few in my neighborhood. I think I got somehow lucky choosing HealthSource-Kirkland and Dr. Weber as my first Chiropractor and now I know whom to look for when my bio-mechanism puts me in trouble. I went for Back/Hip pain and a wrist tendonitis (DeQuervains) problem.”

“I ordered my wedding ring through them and it turned out amazing, exactly the way I wanted it. I have put on some weight and my ring was no longer fitting me so I went to have it resized. It seemed great at first, I was told it would be done in about a week and they would give me a call back to come pick it up. I waited a week and 2 days before trying to call them but no one answered. I tried to go to the store that I dropped the ring off at and they had changed their hours but it wasn’t posted on the store. I went online a found they had posted there that their store hours changed dramatically. I filled out the online contact form and waited for a reply. I was told they hadn’t even gotten to it yet but it would be done the following week on Wednesday and I would get a call. I waited until Friday the following week and called them to find out what’s going on since I still hadn’t been contacted about the ring being done. I was told it had gotten done and I could pick it up the following week. This is also when I was informed that the resizing was going to cost $60. This is 3 weeks after I originally took the ring in and told a week. I had to initiate every contact when they told me they would let me know. They made a wonderful ring that I am very happy with, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. Update: I talked to the owner and he saw that the communication had broken down. He promises to take steps to improve and I feel he was genuine. He made it better and they did a great job resizing the ring. I’m happy with the ring, and I believe the apology about the communication. I would definitely bring my business back. I respect when someone has the character to admit they messed up and would fix it to make it better.”
