“This store and pharmacy have just the best staff I have ever encountered. on every visit, they are so helpful and friendly. I always receive fast service from the pharmacy and they are very good at communicating with me via text messages on the status of my prescriptions. AS A SPECIAL NOTE, I want to specifically thank the store manager, SCOTT. Recently during the Pandemic season, I ordered a couple of items via the new online product ordering system. The total was only about $12 but I never received the order. When I called the store to inquire on the status, SCOTT was immediately on the phone (didn't have to wait for a callback) and said just to stop by and he would make sure I got the items immediately. Great service with a smile! The counter help and pharmacy techs are all equally as nice. I love this store!!”

He is definitely the "shutter guru" as he gave us the entire features and benefits of shutters and what made UWF standout vs the rest of the industry. Dan the installer was just as amazing. He was very clean and organized as he installed our shutters and solar shades. In the end, we received great window coverings at a great price. “Doctors are great. Great facility. Good tech to get you the right prescription for your eyes. The only issue is I don’t know why the only option is either get your eyes dilated or pay an additional $39 to take a quick look at the retinal scanner that they already have access to. Probably wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t broke! But if you have insurance, still expect to spend around ~$150-200 for glasses. Personally don’t wear contacts.”
