“Home Depot blew it. They are out of stock, their website product on hands are wrong and their associates don’t care. I spent an hour in the store shopping for various items, but when I finally started looking for the item I really went their for (creosote logs) I wasted an hour of my life. HD showed 13 on hand. I IMMEDIATELY looked at the nearest LOWE’S online and they showed 18 of the creosote logs in stock. I left all of my merchandise behind and went straight to LOWE’S. I walked into the LOWE’S and went straight to the aisle and bay listed online and immediately found the product. I went to the checkout, where I was greeted and checked out. In and out in less than ten minutes. Additionally, the LOWE’S was cleaner and had a much better Christmas set than I had just seen at Depot. Nice job Marvin Ellison.”

“I used to have to go to the McCart location which is not in a pleasant area of town-- wish they'd clean up the area. So I was so excited when this opened on Overton which is the same distance from me but in a very nice clean area of town. I find myself defaulting to this location now. As far as the inside, both provide the same items and are clean. Staff has always been good. I found obviously the newer store is better organized and for a few months after opening, the staff at Overton were OVERLY helpful and friendly to the point of hovering and being a bit annoying????”
